Should you find an equivalent offer from a competitor in Germany within 14 calendar days of your order, based on our publicly described EUSEC® security modules, at the same price (maximum price difference €50) but with demonstrably better performance, we will refund you 20% of the EUSEC® price you paid.
To claim the lowest price and performance guarantee, a binding written comparative offer must be submitted. This offer must originate from a competitor based in Germany, be legally binding, and be valid and bookable at the time of claim.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
limited-time special offers (e.g. introductory discounts, discount codes, voucher promotions),
erroneous price information or obvious spelling mistakes by competitors,
used or already provided services,
Individually negotiated special conditions that are not generally accessible.
The guarantee can only be claimed once per order. Cash payment or credit towards future services is excluded.
Our prices are fixed prices for the ordered scope of services.
If you submit a comparable, legally binding offer from a competitor in Germany at a lower price within 14 days of placing your order, you will receive our service at a price that is 10% below the competitor's price.
Requirements
The comparative offer must relate to the same or demonstrably comparable service components as defined in our publicly described security modules.
The settlement offer must be in writing and legally binding (e.g., signed offer, draft contract).
The competitor must be based in Germany.
The offer must be submitted within 14 days of the order date.
The guarantee can only be claimed once per order. Cash payment or credit towards future services is excluded.
Notwithstanding legal regulations, we grant you the right to cancel your booking free of charge within 14 calendar days of ordering or concluding the contract, provided that we have not yet begun providing the agreed services. In the event of a successful cancellation, we will refund your money.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., email, letter). A telephone notification alone is not sufficient. The date of receipt of the cancellation by us is decisive for compliance with the deadline.
Once the service has commenced, free cancellation is excluded; only the contractually agreed or legally valid rights of termination or withdrawal apply.
